PRODUCTION - Preparation of Products

As one of Malaysia’s leading supplier of Tropical fruits and halal food, our company, ASLAH Supply & Services has exported our products to many countries.

Our specialty is export of Hibiscus based product, that ranges from fresh frozen flower to semi-finish hibiscus products specially manufactured for commercial and industrial usage.  Our hibiscus are carefully selected and harvested from farms where good plantation practice is  carried out.  The fruits are handpicked by trained harvesters following stringent selection procedures.

From farms all our hibiscus are sent for processing at our GMP factory where the fruits are clean washed using our specially developed machines to ensure they are free from all foreign objects, mineral or animal wastes.  For fresh frozen hibiscus, the fruits are kept in our factory cold room before delivery to our client worldwide.  We also produce hibiscus puree and extract (concentrated juice) as our two top semi-finished products.

Similar operation procedures are observed in producing other tropical fruits including pineapple, dragon fruit and mango.
